The magic of dies:
fourteen different formats
We use thirteen dies to create a thousand gluten-free pasta recipes. At the moment, we have decided to dedicate ourselves with particular attention to the production of short pasta, since we believe that this is the form in which we can best express our perfection artisanal.
The recipe for long pasta shapes, although has been undertaken, it does not yet fully meet our high standards. Let’s continue to work with love to achieve perfection in every bite.
