Ingredients

For the dressing

  • 1 medium Cauliflower, cut into pieces
  • 400g peeled Tomatoes, crushed
  • 2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 200g Mozzarella, diced
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

For the pasta

  • 500g Glutiniente Gnocchetti
  • Water
  • Salt

Method

1

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Next, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchetti and cook for about 10 minutes, keeping in mind that they will finish cooking in the oven.

Meanwhile, clean and cut the cauliflower into small pieces, then boil it for about 7 minutes until tender but slightly crunchy.

In a large pan, heat a bit of olive oil and sauté the finely chopped garlic until golden and fragrant. Then, add the crushed peeled tomatoes and let them cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil, then evenly distribute the cooked gnocchetti. Add the cauliflower, diced mozzarella, and pour in the tomato sauce, mixing everything well.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan to create a crispy crust, then bake for about 15-20 minutes.

Once done, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool slightly for a few minutes. Finish with a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley, and your baked gnocchetti with cauliflower and tomato sauce are ready to enjoy—a delicious meal perfect for sharing!
